These terms apply when you use 0todeploy.com, contact us, or buy or use our services and products, including 0todeploy VMS, 0signer and Tally Sync. “0todeploy”, “we” and “us” mean 0todeploy, Bengaluru, India. “You” means the person or company using the site or our services. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the site or our services.
1. Using this website
- Information on this site is general information about our work. It is not legal, financial or other professional advice.
- Do not use the site or our forms for anything unlawful, to send spam, or to attack, overload or probe our systems.
- Only send us your own details, or details you have permission to share.
2. Projects and services
- Design, development, automation and deployment work is described in a written proposal, quote or agreement. If that document conflicts with these terms, the document wins.
- Timelines depend on you providing content, access and feedback on time.
- Support after launch, such as our 30-day bug-fix guarantee, applies as set out in your proposal.
3. Products and subscriptions
- Our products are licensed to you, not sold. Your plan, order or agreement sets out what you can use, for how many users or sites, and for how long.
- You are responsible for your users’ accounts: keep passwords safe, turn on two-factor authentication where offered, and tell us promptly about any unauthorised access.
- Do not copy, resell or reverse-engineer our products, or try to get around their limits or security.
4. Your data in our products
- Data you put into our products (for example visitor records in VMS) belongs to you. We process it only to provide the service and as described in our Privacy Policy.
- If you use VMS, you are the Data Fiduciary for your visitors and staff under India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023. You are responsible for having a lawful reason to collect their data, giving them notice (for example at reception), and collecting only what you need — such as ID documents or photos only where your security rules require them.
- When your subscription ends, we delete or return your data on request.
5. Prices and payments
- Prices are in Indian rupees (INR) and exclude GST unless stated. GST is added as applicable.
- Online payments are processed by Razorpay under its own terms. We never see or store your full card, UPI or bank details.
- Subscriptions renew for the billing cycle you choose until cancelled. Unless your agreement says otherwise, fees already paid are not refundable, and if a payment is overdue we may pause access after giving you notice.
6. WhatsApp and email messages
- When you send us an enquiry through the website (including the WhatsApp chat), you agree that we may contact you on WhatsApp or email about that enquiry.
- We do not send promotional messages without your consent. You can stop messages at any time by replying “STOP” or emailing [email protected].
- Your mobile operator may charge for data used by WhatsApp.
7. Intellectual property
- The 0todeploy name, logo, our mascot “Zero”, this website and our products belong to 0todeploy. Do not copy or reuse them without our written permission.
- Ownership of custom work we create for you passes to you as set out in your proposal, normally once it is paid for in full. We may reuse our general know-how, tools and libraries.
- Unless you tell us not to, we may name you as a client and show non-confidential work in our portfolio.
8. Third-party services
Our site and products rely on services such as Cloudflare, Meta (WhatsApp), Microsoft 365, Razorpay and Hostinger, and our site links to social networks. Their own terms apply to them, and we are not responsible for outages or changes on their side that we do not control.
9. Warranties
- We will provide our services with reasonable skill and care.
- Apart from that, and any warranty in your written agreement, the website and products are provided “as is” and “as available”. We do not promise that they will be uninterrupted or error-free.
10. Limitation of liability
- We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits, revenue, data or business opportunities.
- Our total liability for any claim connected with our services or products is limited to the fees you paid us for that service or product in the 12 months before the claim. Free use of the website carries no liability beyond what the law requires.
- Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Indian law.
11. Indemnity
You agree to cover our reasonable losses and costs from claims caused by your breach of these terms, your unlawful use of our services, or data or content you provide that you were not allowed to provide.
12. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or end access if these terms are seriously breached, if payment is overdue after notice, or if needed to protect our systems or other customers. You can stop using our products at any time, subject to your plan or agreement.
13. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms and will change the effective date at the top. For significant changes affecting paying customers, we will give notice before they take effect.
14. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
